To create a guild, you must go find the race administrator and [Request to Create a Guild]. Persons requesting to create a guild must not be associated in another guild. There are certain costs to creating a guild and the initial members of a guild (8 including the leader) are named as “original members” and have following rights in the guild

Beside original members, there exists a committee in a guild for making decisions. The committee may be formed by the top 10% of the members excluding the original members and have identical rights as the original members. (members of the committee are subject to change accoding to guild contribution points). The number of committee members will change with the size of the guild but will always consist of at least one.
Target : any guild member is eligible to become the guild master.
Election method: any player with the decision making right (original members, the committee) may propose to elect a new guild master and the rest of the decision makers vote for the guild master.
The guild master will always be entitled to make decisions for the duration of his/her term.
The guild master may use the representative’s chat in which only patriarchs, low rank patriarchs, and guild masters from other guild can participate. (Use in chat game: /rep this is the RF guild master.)
Guilds may compete against each other within the same race. The standard for competition is determined based on the rank of guilds, which is computed by comprehensively combining guild contribution, level and population of guilds.

Although RF Online is known for its RvR system, the Circle Zone Scramble is war within the race (PK system) to conquer their territories. There are various battle systems from bloody battles to battles that mimic American Football. Through this, each guild can see how strong and be a part of the E-sports phenomenon.
Since the Circle Zone Scramble determines the supremacy between guilds there must be a substantial amount of preparation prior to the matches. Since the heavy competition between the guilds will lead to a stronger race, each user should partake in the game with the utmost participation to succeed. Also, remember to keep your manner in the game since the game is usually played with users in the same race.
Since the Circle Zone Scramble is a zeng between guilds, the preparation should within the guild. If there is a guild that you would like to be victorious against, consult your guild and have everyone’s input in the game.
Details regarding the guild war will be proposed. This proposal with be accepted through consultaion of the guild master, first year members, and senior members. The proposals can be viewed in “Declare Guild War” section in the [Maintenance] menu.

After pressing the [confirm] button, the opponent guild will immediately receive the notion that they have been challenged to a Circle Zone Scrumble. If the opponent guild accepts the challange, they will have to pay 5,000 GOLD as well.
5 minutes before the game starts, each member of the attending guild will be asked if they would like to participate in the game. If the members accept the offer by pressing [YES], they will be playing in the Circle Zone Scramble. Also a countdown will be initiated, 1 minute prior to the game start.
If participating in the Circle Zone Scramble, guild members will be automatically transferred to the game arena. The game will initiate immediately with a score bored on top of the screen.
The Circle Zone Scramble has a very simple rule that whoever score the most point, in the given time, wins the game. The Scramble points can be earned in two ways.
30 seconds after Circle Zone Scramble has started, A gravity Stone will randomly appear from one of three Stone Zones. The team that can successfully move the gravity stone into their opponents starting point will be rewarded with 100 points.
When the touchdown has been made, the game will be start over again from the beginning (of course the scores will remain unchanged). However if the team failed to score a touchdown within 2 minutes the Gravity Stone will vaporize and a new stone will appear in one of the Stone Zones.
The Gravity Stone can be obtained through Rooting (Press X or space bar) and the user that has obtanied the gravity stone will be glowing in red. Also, the player will be given the following handicaps.
The user cannot be able to use any Potion Items beside HP Potion
The effect of the HP potion will have delay of 3.5 seconds.
The user will not be able to use Attack/Force/Skill attacks when carrying the Gravity Stone
Other users cannot use any Skill/Force attacks to the one that is carrying the Gravity Stone
Every user is prohibited from summoning animus or boarding armored vehicles
Any Skill/Foce that is remotely similiar to summoning activities will have any effect. For example Recalling.
Once obtaining the Gravity Stone, all Force/Skills that have continuing effects will be nullified
Once obtaining the Gravity Stone, the user will experience a greater resistance against stun related attacks.
The team failed to score a touchdown within 2 minutes the Gravity Stone will vaporize and a new stone will appear in one of the Stone Zones.
Once obtaining the Gravity Stone, the users moving speed will be limited to 3.0
The opponents Circle Zone can be found through the lines in the field. When the Gravity Stone bearer dies in the game, the Gravity Stone will bounce off the point where the Gravity Stone bearer has just died.
During the Circle Zone Scramble, there can be a battle between the same races. Through this activity the user can earn points as well. 10 points will be rewarded per every opponent killed.
All users can respawn if they are killed by enemy attacks. The spawning will users back to the Circle Zone 5 minutes after their death.
